Can you make the shawl bigger?

Yes, I can easily make the shawl or scarf bigger, this will however add to the cost.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Item marked as "gift" will be simply wrapped in tissue paper with ribbon. Gift wrap is available for $4.00. Gift wrapped items will be wrapped in kraft brown wrapping paper and decorated with curling ribbon or ribbon of my choice to coordinate with the item inside.

Care instructions

Items made with acrylic yarn are machine washable, however, for best longevity for the item best to wash by hand. Always use cold water and mild detergent, no bleach. It is best to use delicate or gentle cycle. Always lay flat to air dry. Do not iron. Acrylic yarn can be damaged when exposed to high heat. So if do put your item in the dryer use low heat.
Not all my items are made with just acrylic yarn. Please read the item/items listing fully to find the fiber type of the item.

When will my order be processed and shipped?

Orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday. Orders with free shipping will be sent USPS First Class and delivery is usually 2-5 days. Tracking numbers will be provided when you are notified by email that the order has shipped. The USPS is responsible for any loss or damages. If you do not receive your package in a timely manner, please contact your local USPS provider with any questions and to resolve any problems.
Priority Mail upgrade is available under the "Add On" section of my shop. Priority Mail is estimated to deliver in 1-3 days and includes insurance.

Holiday Orders?

If you need your item before a special holiday or event, Please order as early as possible. I do my very best to send out orders in a timely manner, and when lots of orders come in right before a holiday, it will take more time to process your order. Please understand the items I make are made by hand by me and need sufficient time to make it properly. I post my current processing times in the shop announcements. Please feel free to message me if you have any questions.

Colors of Yarn?

Some colors may vary slightly than those pictured in listing photos. Due to monitors, screens, and lighting when photo was taken, the true color of an item can be difficult to capture digitally. I do my very best to make all items appear as the listing photo, but do to the nature of yarn and colorways some slight variance can happen. If there is a large difference I will message you with photos to make sure you are happy with the item.
